The farmhouse is located in Civitella Paganico, one of the oldest feifs of the Aldobrandeschi family, who at the beginning of the last century settled the surrounding area. The farm occupies 850 hectares of the land and produces grain, sunflowers and olives. Part of the land remains untoched, a hunting reserve where wild boar, deer and all of the other species that make up the local fauna roam freely. The farmhouse has traditionally been home to a family of peasant farmers who lived off of what they could grow and catch on their land. Today it has been completely restructured with the old structures such as the stables being converted into accomodation for our guests.
