Farmhouse Lampugnano is well situated for those wishing to take in the sights in the surrounding area. Florence is only one hour away (100 km) by car and Rome is not that much farther (200 km). In the immediate vicinity are Siena (35 km), the Petriolo thermal baths, or the natural hot springs of Saturnia. And one only has to drive 30 km to get to the sea where there are a number of beatiful beaches, like Castiglione della Pescaia, who have earned the famous Blue Flag for quality and cleanliness.
